Project Overview
Since 2014, Hokkaido University has been working with Tohoku University and Nagoya University to build a comprehensive cooperative system for fostering researchers with doctoral degrees (in partnership with the project “Building of Consortia for the Development of Human Resources in Science and Technology” by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology). Under this project, our three universities have come together to form a consortium to engage in the training and support of early-career researchers who will be active participants in a variety of fields.
