From FY2024, our university has become an institution that directly employs JSPS Research Fellows. In response to this, L-Station has taken on the responsibility of providing the Faculty Development Program for these Research Fellows.

As part of the Faculty Development Program, we held an exchange meeting on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, with five Research Fellows in attendance. The meeting began with each fellow introducing their research, followed by an open discussion session.

This was the first opportunity for Fellows under the same system to meet each other, successfully establishing cross-departmental connections.
