JSPS Research Fellows Employed at Our University
From FY2024, our university has become an institution that directly employs JSPS Research Fellows, with the aim of securing and fostering outstanding young researchers and contributing to the further advancement of academic research.
Faculty Development Program for Employment-based JSPS Research Fellows
L-Station provides a Faculty Development Program to help employment-based JSPS Research Fellows acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to become faculty members at our university. The Faculty Development Program is structured to develop “research capabilities,” “teaching abilities,” and “management skills” required for our university’s researcher profile. The program is implemented across three categories: “Faculty Literacy,” “Hokkaido University Literacy,” and “On-The-Job Training,” promoting substantive development and achievement through synergistic effects.
